In this next level class, discover some of the variety of Moroccan breads and pastries that are world famous, as well as stepping back in (our) time and see how the public baking system works. You'll learn to make Moroccan bread and either Cornes de Gazelle, or almond and honey briouates, and the famous thousand hole pancake or fekkas biscuits. The workshop is rounded off with a tea ceremony under one of our pergolas and you'll get to taste your sweet delicacies!
