In our baking class you will not only learn how to make the staple food on all Moroccan tables, Hobz, the round hard wheat flour flat bread & one of the most popular cookies, Ghriba, but you will step back in time and see how the public baking system works. You'll learn to make Moroccan bread & you'll bring it to the communal oven for cooking. Back to the school for some pastry making. The class is rounded off with a tea ceremony to taste your sweet delicacies. 55€ per pax (min of 2 pax per class)
